Prices of our deliveries are variable in accordance to how quick you would like to receive your item. Minimum delivery charges for the UK mainland addresses are £9.95, although certain quicker dates, zones and areas outside of the UK may incur additional delivery charges.
Stock purchased on the online store will be dispatched within the first 12 – 24 hours upon receiving the notification. Delivery of any stock will usually be conducted between 3 – 5 working days on the basis in which payment and security processes would be verified and cleared of checks. Next day delivery is available on selected items with an additional fee of £9.95. Please be aware that it is only selected items in terms of availability of next day delivery and this option can be discovered upon selection of delivery dates before finalising your payment.
Note, delivery duration's are an approximate in some instances, can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances and environmental conditions that are out of our control. We will not be liable for any damages or costs that you have incurred from a delay of delivery. Yet we will ensure best efforts in the attempt of ensuring the customer is updated with any unusual delivery circumstances including stock discrepancies.
The transfer of risks, rewards and responsibility of the product is recognised as soon as the goods are delivered to the address presented on the order. When package is received, you are required to take a note of the number of packages being delivered to you whilst also noting down any shortages on the delivery note you are signing for. Any damages or incorrect item or items would need to be informed to Car Sound Security within 24 hours of receiving item(s).
The customer would need to be attentive in receiving the goods on the delivery date. A minimum of 3 attempts will be made to deliver the originally ordered items, if unsuccessful, the goods would be transferred back to the seller (Car Sound Security). Thereafter, sending goods repeatedly may cause the customer to incur additional delivery charges and goods will not be delivered unless those additional costs are paid via the customer before dispatch.
